Hello once again! Are you surprised that there is actually another journal entry? So am I! 🙂 But, as I said, I am going to try to maintain a more regular update schedule for the journal. So here I am!

First, I’d like to thank everyone who has continued reading this site, even though I took such a long vacation. I appreciate it! I hope that, with the updates and changes I’ll be making to this site over the next few weeks, I’ll be able to make my absence up to you!

This week appears to be THE week. My girlfriend and I will be starting Weight Watchers again! I have been successful on two different occasions with Weight Watchers. Each time, I lost about 15 pounds, then stopped going. So I am sure that I can get down into the 270’s through this program. I just need to actually stick with the program this time! 🙂

I haven’t been very good eating wise this week. I am falling into the old “I am going to have to be good next week, so I am going to eat whatever I can this week” trap. I am working my way out of that trap; wish me luck!

So I will have a much more interesting report for next week. In the next week, I hope to drastically reduce the amount of food I am eating, to start eating better (more vegetables, less fat), and to get in some exercise. I’ll let you know next week how I did!
