WeightJournal – December 29, 2015 – A great year!

It’s the last show of 2015! And what a year it has been. My last weigh-in for the year has me at 288.6 lbs, which means I lost a total of 43 lbs in 2015!!! *major* self-high-fives for that!

Since 2015 is in the books, it’s time to set my goal for 2016. It was hard to come up with a goal until I sat down and reflected on the year past. I lost most of those 40+ pounds during the first 3/4s of the year in 2015. From October through now, I mostly concentrated on maintaining that weight. So if in 2015 I was able to lose 43 lbs in nine months, isn’t it conceivable I’d be able to lose the same amount over 12 months in 2016? So my new goal is:
245 lbs.

WeightJournal, August 13th, 2015 – All about exercise!

I know, I know, normally when I’ve taken a couple weeks away from this journal, it means I’ve started gaining a ton of weight. That isn’t the case this time – I just completely lost track of days/weeks. I’m back now, though, and this week I’m babbling about my activity habits over the last 9 months, including how I’ve tended to feel about exercise videos/equipment, along with my newest endeavor, DDP Yoga.
