Hooray for another loss! This was one of those Weight Watchers weigh-ins where I really didn’t know how I would do. I had a wishy-washy week food-wise. I made a couple of questionable choices for meals, and I had an extra snack or three one night. I also hadn’t done much exercise, since I ended up working the last few days of the week from home.
I did know, however, that I was still eating healthily. I had too many snacks that one night, but they were healthy snacks – or at least low-Point snacks (Weight Watchers ice cream bars, low-sugar granola bars). To counter the low-exercise/activity days, I took the kiddos to the zoo on Sunday. It was a madhouse there, but that’s a story for another website. 🙂
Anyway, all in all, I am very content with this week’s weight loss. I hope to do at least as well when I weigh in next Monday. And add another link to my paperclip chain. It’s up to 18!
