I don’t know whether or not I want to make a weekly exercise check-in a regular feature here or not. I’ll have to see how things go, I guess. But I can check in for the past week:

This has been a very good week for exercise. I actually felt bad that I didn’t get in a walk Friday afternoon for lunch, so Friday evening I left Erin to entertain my Mom, and I headed off to the rec center for the exercise I recorded above.
I just hope that I can hold onto this motivation!
