A loss is a loss, even if it is a really tiny loss. I was obviously not quite as good as I was the week before. I’m going to have to take another variable into our weekly meal plans: our work schedules. It is much easier to just stop and get some take-out on nights when both of us work. And it is very easy to eat too much takeout.
