Walking

I managed to get in three walking days this week. Which wasn’t exactly easy, since I am still in that not-really-motivated mode. I have to force myself to do this, which isn’t the best way to handle things. I need to find motivation, or eventually I am going to fall back into my bad habits. I can see the difficulties ahead of me, I just need to figure out how to deal with those difficulties.
