		<description>Marcel, I think it is all in quantity as well as quality. I am focussing on reducing the amount of food I eat for breakfast as well as the types of foods. But that&#039;s because my idea of what is a large meal is actually a gigantic meal. I can reduce the amount of what I eat and still be eating a large meal.</description>
