Ayup, as you might have guessed, I’ve been having a damned hard time weight-wise, which is why I haven’t posted here in a few weeks. I will be writing more soon, but I just wanted to give the difficult part to say first: I am up to 292 pounds again. I was out of control again. I am having a really hard time again. And I don’t know why.
On the positive side, I have re-joined Weight Watchers. Yesterday was my second meeting back. It wasn’t a good one, but it was the kick in the ass I needed to get me moving in the right direction.
This sucks… but I am working my way out of these bad days.
