		<description>The buying snacks is where I am setting myself up for failure, of course. I&#039;ve been buying too many, and I know I shouldn&#039;t. It&#039;s stress, pure stress. But I just landed a new job, so hopefully all of that stress is about to evaporate.</description>

		<description>How I avoid the food traps

1. I don&#039;t buy them snacks
2. &quot;Snacks&quot; I do buy  include apples, kiwi, juice, cranberries, spinach.
3. If we do buy snacks, we  make sure friends and family help us eat it when they come over to play with our kids.  
Scheduling is VERY important.

I would say just stop buying the junk.
Soda is awful for your health, forget the weight gain.</description>
