		<description>Cross trainers scare me because I am naturally clumsy. I can trip over pretty much anything. If I trip on a treadmill, I&#039;ll just slide right off the end. If I trip on a cross trainer, there&#039;s gonna be some major damage.

Re. exercize, I recently purchased a cross trainer, a much better option than going to a gym and a piece of equiptment that doesn&#039;t jar one&#039;s knee or anything else.</description>
