		<description>I always end up coming back and writing. When I&#039;m having down times, more weeks pass between journal entries. But I&#039;ve been working on this journal for almost 10 years now, and am not going to give it up anytime soon. :)</description>

		<description>I haven&#039;t checked out your blog for aquite some time.  I&#039;m impressed that you&#039;ve continued your blog even though you&#039;ve apparently gained weight.  I also blog whether I&#039;m regaining or getting rid of the regain.  I&#039;m considering getting an eliptical cross trainer.  Hopefully, by the next time I swing by, you&#039;ll have gotten rid of bunches of pounds.</description>

		<description>Michael, I will avoid Doom.  While being in the 330&#039;s is the heaviest you have ever been it is the lowest I have been in 4 years.  I finally dropped out of the 340s this weekend.  I really think the treadmill and the recommitment to journal more often will help you to start to get those numbers down.  Let&#039;s both shoot to be under 300 before the summers over.  Good Luck.</description>
