		<description>If I had to guess, I’d say that I’m back up to 330.  

Just jump on the scales and find the real damage done.  This is the time of year that most people are giving up on those new years resolutions, it is good that you can start to focus on fitness again.  What is done is done, 330 is big for you (unless you 6&#039;9 and have 10% body fat) and you know it.  Summer will be here before long, there is no reason you could not get under 300 by then if you get back on track.  Imagine all the fun you will have playing with the youngins if you get fitter.  You can do this and you must do this.  

Just give me a shout out if you need any support, if you don&#039;t get working I am going to weigh less then you soon - I am down to 349 this week.
