Regular exercise can add three years to a person’s life

Well, here’s some good news. Apparently, regular exercise can add . Who wouldn’t like that?

Actually, such a result is far from a surprise given all of the health benefits that accrue from regular and active exercise. If you aren’t exercising now, start a program of walks, gradually building up the length as your endurance improves. It’s a great way to start. If you are already exercising, think about increasing the intensity and variety of your workouts.

As I’ve mentioned before, I am already starting to feel more in-shape from the exercise I’ve fit into my routine. I’ve gone from being completely sedentary to getting in at least a half-hour worth of exercise every day. And I’m noticing the difference in my body, and in my cardiovascular fitness. And this is after only a couple of months of exercise. What changes will happen after a year of this? Three years? A decade?

God I hope I can keep this up!
