Oops. This isn’t a surprise: any time that I take extended absence from this journal, I’m probably not behaving. And that is most definitely true this time around. Though it didn’t start out this way. The first two weeks after my last entry, I was doing well. We were following the eDiets meal plans to the letter, and I felt like I had lost an extra pound or two. But the next two weeks were bad. My sweet tooth kicked in at about 1000x, and I succombed. Big time.
But I’ve been through this before. The steps to getting back on track are easy:
1) realize that I’m off track
2) become more cognizant of what I’m eating
3) slowly pull myself back onto track.
I’m already at step #1. Recovery is just around the corner.
